Joe F. "Rusty" Culver

Joe F. “Rusty” Culver of Catoosa, 64, entered eternal life September 14, 2009, in Tulsa. He was born November 28, 1944, in Tahlequah to Joe F. and Geraldine (Vancil) Culver, Sr. Rusty was a great athlete who played all sports in school. A longtime salesman, he was a member of First Baptist Church of Rolling Hills. Rusty enjoyed working with computers.

 
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas E. Culver. Rusty is survived by his mother Geraldine Culver; children: Tracey Jenkins, Joe Culver, Amy Shank and Kelly Foval; stepson Billy Ditto; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; sister Sharon Culver Beach; and brother Jim Culver.
