Donnie Lee Lord
Donnie Lee Lord, age 53 years, 11
months and 18 days, entered eternal life February 2,
2009 in Tulsa.
He was born February 15, 1955 in Denver, CO
to John and Lorene (Trowbridge) Lord.
He served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy
and later married Evaline (Goss).
A retired rock mason, he enjoyed
reading and NASCAR.
In addition to his loving wife, he
is survived by his children: Stormy, Donna, Toby,
Ronnie, Jeremy and J.C. and Robert; 13 grandchildren;
siblings: Ella Lanham, Pam Shanks, Velvet Ermis, Ronnie
Lord, Johnnie Lord, Jimmy Thompson, Phillip Lord, Terry
Lord and Mike Wilkins.
Service: 10AM Friday, February 6 at the Chapel;
interment: Osage Cemetery,
Osage, OK.

Donnie was my grandpa and he treated me like a son,
he done a lot for me. He was a great person with a
big enough heart for everybody. He would always help you
when you needed it no matter what. Growing up I
was always around him; when I was little I lived with
him and he took care of me. When I was older I
worked with him on a lot of houses around Oklahoma.
The last night he spent on this earth was with myself,
him and grandma; they came over and ate dinner while we
all watched the Super Bowl. We had a great night,
one I will never forget! I love you Papa Donnie
and you will be missed! See you at the gates!
