Billy Joe Bush
Billy Joe Bush, known to his friends and family as Bill,
passed away of natural causes on Tuesday, September 29,
2009. He is survived by his wife Margo, his sons Adam
and Casey, his parents Ralph and Janice, his mother in
law Ruth Holladay, his brothers Mike and Rod, and
numerous in laws, nieces and nephews.
He was born on January 23, 1958 and, after graduating
high school, attended Rhema
Bible Training
Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
where he met the love of his life Margo. They were
married and one year later, Adam was born. The family
moved to Minden, Louisiana in 1988 to pioneer Living Word
Worship
Center, the church where so
many came to know him as Bro. Bill. During this time,
Casey was born. In 1998 he and his family moved back to Broken Arrow, where Bill began teaching at his
alma mater.
After his time at Rhema, Bill became pastor of what is
now Believer's Family Fellowship. Bill loved God with
everything he had. He led his family in their walk with
God and taught his sons to serve others. He was a church
pioneer, a pastor, a
Bible
School instructor, an
entrepreneur, a wonderful father and devoted husband.
After God, he loved his wife more than anything. He
loved to fish. He never missed an Ohio State
or Cincinnati Bengals football game. He was loved and
respected by so many people all over the world and will
truly be missed by his friends on Earth.

Online Tributes For Billy Joe
Bush
There are so many good memories of good family times
when I think of Billy Joe. One of the funniest memory of
Billy Joe was the time he gave our minister "communion"
during Wednesday night Bible Study. Billy Joe was
around 2 or 3 years old and adored our minister. Ralph
and Janis always brought cookies or crackers to keep
Billy Joe occupied and quiet during the Wednesday night
service. Billy Joe, already showing signs of the kind
person he was to become, quietly slipped from the pew
during prayer and toddled up to the preacher's pulpit
and laid a cookie beside Bro. Jerry's Bible. When Bro.
Jerry said "Amen" there was Billy Joe's face peeping
over the front pew and looking back at all of us and
smiling. That act of kindness just might have been the
beginning of Bill's ministry. That's the way I will
remember Billy Joe--smiling, loving, and with a touch of
mischief. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Pastor Bill was not only my
family's pastor, but also his family was like our
family. We love them all very much. We are sad that
Pastor Bill is gone from here, but we rejoice knowing
where he is. He and Margo spiritually guided our family
through some really tough times and we will never forget
all they did for our family. We love you all and honor
Pastor, husband, father, son, friend Bill Bush.
