Alene Birdie Daniels
Alene Birdie Daniels, age 89 years,
5 months and 13 days, entered eternal life July 11, 2009
in Coweta.
She was born January 28, 1920 in
Tulsa to Samuel and
Florence
(Ellis) Wright.
Alene worked as a mail processor at O.R.U. and
enjoyed quilting, crocheting and baking her famous
coconut cream pies.
She was preceded in death by her
twin sister Morene Dolly; sisters: Nettie Ann, Rebecca
Lou May and Catherine Alene; brothers: William Gordon
and Samuel Leroy; and grandson James.
Alene is survived by her husband of
32 years, Russell Edward Daniels; children: Linda and Cy
Daniels, Jim and Brenda Prater, Sam Prater, Nora and Don
Wiley, Darrell and Linda Daniels, Delene and Rick
Coleman, Brenda Neal, Carol and Larry Swanson, Gerald
and Rita Daniels; 21 grandchildren, 43
great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
